Model Withdrawal Form

This is the model withdrawal form under Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in the Netherlands in Book 6 of the Dutch Civil Code). Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from a contract — for Venturee, that is your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for paid subscriptions and Credit top-up purchases, as described in the Terms of Service. Using this form is not required: any clear statement of your decision to withdraw (for example, a plain email) is equally valid.

Good to know when withdrawing from a subscription: your subscription ends at once, the cost of the AI usage you have actually used by then is deducted, and the rest of what you paid is refunded to your original payment method — automatically. Using Withdraw on your Account page shows you both amounts before you confirm. Details are in the Terms of Service ("Payment terms").

Good to know when withdrawing from a Credit top-up: at checkout you asked us to deliver the Credits immediately and acknowledged that, once you spend them, you lose the right of withdrawal to the extent of the value consumed. If you withdraw within 14 days of purchase, we refund the unearned prepaid amount — what you actually paid for the Credits you have not used — to your original payment method. Details are in the Terms of Service ("Credits and credit top-ups").
